I HAVE JUST RECEIVED THE MOST STUPID OF SERVICES FROM YOUR CALL CENTRE. I PHONED 0116322210 TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION WHICH HAS TAKEN 8 DAYS AND STILL COUNTING! ONLY TO RUDELY TOLD THAT I DIDNT FAX MY PAYSLIP AND ID! THIS WAS THE FIRST THING I FAXED ON THE 24TH OF JUNE IN THE MORNING, I LATER FAXED THROUGH STATEMENTS AND PROOF OF RESIDENCE. I PHONED TWO DAYS LATERS AND WAS TOLD THE DOCS HAD NO BEEN CAPTURED AND ONCE DONE SOMEONE WILL CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW OUTCOME. I PHONED THROUGH TODAY AND I GET A STUPID RUDE GIRL SAYING WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ID AND PAYSLIP UNTIL WE GET THAT THEN WE CAN PROCEED!!!aaaah!!!!!!!REALLY IRRITATED!!! SORT IT OUT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
